Metro home entails more than simply finding the right agent and deciding the asking
price. The National
Association of Realtors 2017 Profile of Home Staging, finds that 47% of
buyer’s agents surveyed agree that staging can have a positive
impact on offers for a property. Among buyer’s
agents, 77% agreed that staging helps buyers visualize
their family in the home. Staging can also impact the length of time a home waits on an offer.
